Long Neck Village
The Long Neck Village is where the long neck people live as refugees. The Thailand goverment took them in when they left Burma. The tiny village is where they will live and work for the rest of their lives. The Thailand government took them in under the condition that they never leave the village aka refugee camp. The village has old fashoned hut like houses where the long neck people live. And there are about 100 stalls linning the dirt road that leads up to their temple. The stall sell handmade items and you can see the people behind the stalls makng everything. The real amazing part of the village is the women, old and youg, and their long beautiful necks. The women were all very nice. They were quick to smile and would talk in the little English that they knew. The cost to enter the village was about 6 US dollars.
Snake Tamers
I met these three snake tamers when i went to Thailand. I got there early for the show so they took me out back and showed me the snakes that would be in the show. they even let me hold a few of them!
5 year old Anaconda
The Water Snake its skin is a moss green color and really lose from its body.
The King Cobra is poisonous and this one was "in a bad mood" said the tamer.
A rust colored Iguana. Stroking backk the spikes on his head made him so happy and calm that he fell alseep in my hands.

Tiger Kingdom
Last weekend I had the chance to spend a little time in Thailand. It was amazing! While I was there I got to go to Tiger Kingdom which is a place that has young adult tigers, cubs, and baby cubs. for about 20 US dollars you can pick what age of tiger you would like to go see. And by go see I don't mean like go see at a zoo. You get to go into their pen, play with and even rub their bellies!!! It was totally worth every single penny! I bought a package deal so I got to see the three different age groups and I paid a little extra to have a photographer follow me around. At the end of the day I got a CD full of the pictures he took.
Trip to Thailand
I was lucky enough to have a long weekend last weekend. So at the last minute I took a trip to Thailand. It was 97*F so it was amzing!! I was able to do a lot of things in the short time that I spent there. I went to the Long Neck Village, Tiger Kingdom, a waterfall, I saw snake tamers, and I went to an orchid/butterfly farm.
